Since school is back in full swing (at least it is here in Central TX), tell me how CRAZY your day was! If you don't have kids, tell me how crazy your town or traffic was. I live in a college town, it is INSANE here! All the students came back this past weekend and you can't even drive through town. It took my husband 40 minutes to get to work today..and it usually takes him 10!!

So fun! I like giveaways even though I rarely win anything.

So I live in Houston and it is crazy how traffic changes when school starts. I just had my first baby and am staying home with him, but when I did work my husband and I carpooled. We LOVED summer time and Christmas break! What a difference it made with traffic. Today, it was the first day back to school for the kiddos in Katy and Cy-Fair (and I am sure a bunch of others) so I am sure Brent could tell a difference. I only got out once today at about 2, so school hadn't let out yet, but when I was coming home from my errand I got stuck behind a school bus with kids piling out of it. Now that I am a mom (and before but more so now) I was super paranoid with watching all the kids and making sure they were out of my way.

Okay, this was super long, but that was my experience with traffic today.

Well today was my first day back teaching school so the crazy part was trying to get like 1000 kids on school busses at 3:15. Most of them had forgotten what bus number they rode! Otherwise, my traffic wasn't too bad since I don't get on the highway to go to work.

Thanks for doing this!

My oldest started preschool today and she's going earlier than last year so it was pretty crazy getting out of the house on time, I also have a 1 year old. But she had a great day.

NOTE: The giveaway end date is this Thursday, the 28th, not the 26th. Sorry for any confusion!

The baby's only 4 months old, so no school in this house...and since my hubby took the car today I can't speak for traffic. But I can speak for the craziness that was Walmart/Target/Ikea/everywhere over the weekend - college kids buying stuff for their dorms. It was INSANE.

Hi! I have a second grader and today was kind of crazy. I send juice in a water bottle (which is spill-proof if you close it completely!!)to save money. But, you guessed! He didn't close it completely and juice leaked out of his lunch box into his book bag and on some of his books.

But, fortunately, it wasn't as bad as it first appeared.

Thanks for your generosity in this giveaway!

It wasn't too crazy at my son's school, because we walk across the street... but driving by the college, I REALLY have to watch for cars stopping in the road to backup to parallel park!! It freaks me out.

Great blog. Thanks for offering the giveaway!!

We homeschool, but decided our first day of school would be the same as our local public school kids. Our first day went great, as everyone was excited about starting the new year.

I have 4 children. Only one is in school. She started 1st grade. I run a home daycare. The first day was crazy trying to get her ready and take care of 11 other daycare kids at the same time. We made it through. I didn't think 1st grade would be so emotional. I cried as soon as I left the school though. I think I will be doing this through high school. It is sad to see them grow us so fast.

Sorry I forgot to leave my email address: jenn103175@hotmail.com. I am the one with the 4 children and daycare.

My son isn't in school yet, but we've still been trying to find the great school supply bargains. The Wal-Mart aisle has been a challenge to get through--jam packed with people.

My days are always crazy. I have a 3 year old and a seven year old. Both boys. My oldest is pretty laid back but is really hard to wake of the mornings. My youngest wakes easily, but is super picky about everything. So between dressing my sleeping 7 year old and fighting my 3 year old over which shirt to wear, my mornings are always eventful.

I live in Alabama and thankfully I am a stay at home mom now but last year traffic was horrible. If I left for work at 7 I would be fine but if I left at 7:05 it took an extra 10 minutes to get to work.
